Cass Garratt appointed Intellipharm’s Customer Success Manager

Business intelligence, data, e-Commerce and loyalty supplier for the Australasian pharmacy industry, Intellipharm, has announced the appointment of its new Customer Success Manager, Cass Garratt – effective immediately.

A seasoned Australian healthcare industry professional, Garratt brings more than two decades of experience to Intellipharm’s newly created Customer Success Manager role. Garratt’s career history includes roles in healthcare services, pharmacy management and franchising, and specialist medical device training.

Prior to joining Intellipharm, Garratt was Territory Manager for Roche’s Diabetes Care Division for seven years and was most recently responsible for supporting and training Endocrinologists, Credentialled Diabetes Educators (CDEs). She also played a key role in hospital-based client management. Garratt previously worked for Symbion Terry White Chemmart for seven years in State and Regional Business Manager roles, and spent almost six years as Territory Manager for Wyeth Consumer Healthcare.
